Virtual staging and virtual renovation
An empty room is hard to sell. Buyers struggle to judge whether their sofa fits, where the bed goes, or what the space is for. A tired room has the opposite problem: people see the old kitchen rather than the house.
Virtual staging furnishes a room digitally, using the photographs or the 3D tour we have already captured. Virtual renovation goes further and shows the same room redecorated or refitted. Nothing is moved, hired or built.

Virtual staging
We take the empty room and add furniture, lighting and soft furnishings that suit the property and the buyer it is aimed at. A family house is dressed differently from a city apartment.
It is the obvious answer for new-build and off-plan units, probate sales, empty rentals between tenancies, and any property where physically staging a room would cost more than the instruction is worth.
Virtual renovation
Some properties sell on potential. The problem is that most buyers cannot picture it, so they discount the whole house for a kitchen they would have replaced anyway.
Virtual renovation shows the room as it could be: new units, different flooring, walls removed. It works for refurbishment projects, development sites and any listing where the honest description is that the property needs work.
Staging inside a 3D tour
Staging is not limited to still photographs. We can stage 360 imagery and full 3D tours, so a buyer walks through a furnished version of the property rather than looking at two dressed photographs and an empty tour.
