Because they come from the same visit as the tour, there is no second appointment to arrange with the owner, the tenant or the site manager.

Drone and aerial
Aerial photography puts a property in its setting: the plot, the approach, the grounds, the neighbouring buildings. It matters most for country houses, villas, development sites, industrial units and venues, where the boundary and the surroundings are part of what is being sold.
Marketing video
A short edited walkthrough for portals, websites and social media. Video holds attention where a gallery of stills does not, and it gives agents something to post rather than another set of photographs.
Image enhancement
Existing photography can be improved rather than reshot: colour and contrast correction, sky replacement on flat days, and day-to-dusk conversion, which turns a daytime exterior into an evening shot with the lights on. Useful when a property was photographed in poor weather and reshooting is not practical.
Related services
Photography is usually booked alongside a virtual tour and floor plans. Empty or dated rooms can be virtually staged or renovated.
